Our History
Twenty years after its inception, TOPTECH Group has grown into a conglomerate of system integrators, specializing in delivering cutting-edge ICT and Facilities infrastructure solutions. Beyond business expansion, Toptech embarked on a transformative corporate-social endeavor on May 25, 2021 – the birth of Toptech Academy.

TOPTECH Academy was conceived to nurture fresh graduates, equipping them with essential skills for leadership and professionalism in the dynamic technology industry. Our mission bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical expertise, particularly in Data Centre management and ICT infrastructure.
Action Learning Diploma Program
Our program spans three progressive levels over 9-12 months, blending intensive
theoretical study, laboratory simulations, and hands-on field experiences.
Foundational Level
Introduction to Electrical Technology, Information Technology, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) - Fire Safety.
Developmental Level
Intermediate IT, Electrical Technology, and Maintenance.
Advanced Level
Specialized training in Data Centre Management, Risk Management, and Leadership.
